Happy Tuesday everyone! This week's quick tip is how to use ink on vellum to give more dimension on your project. I used this technique on my Challenge Me Monday project this week.
Here are the steps:
1. First I embossed my vellum with the Stampin Up Snowflake Embossing folder.
2. Then I used a sponge dauber and ink to highlight the area around each snowflake.
3. I place some dimensionals on the back to give a shadow effect with the lighter blue background.
Here is a video where I got this technique from StampQueen101:
I hope you enjoyed this weeks quick tip. Don't forget to link up your Challenge Me Monday projects and come back tomorrow to find out Wednesday's Winners.

ReplyDeleteOH MY! What a gorgeous card and a wonderful video! I found you through Inspired by Stampin's "top pins of the week". I am now going to be an avid follower! As a SU demo myself, I am always in awe of everyone's creativity. I hope you don't mind, but I think I will use your card design at my December workshop. Thanks and God Bless!
