Spotlight Sunday

Welcome, welcome, welcome! We've got another fabulous Spotlight Guest for you today.

Karen of Little Scrap Pieces is joining us with her stellar talent.

I know they're fabulous creations! All that and Karen is a true Sweetie, too!

When did you start scrapbooking/paper crafting and why?

I started scrapbooking in 2004 I bought a K&Company kit at a book fair at work and I was hooked. My daughter was graduating high school and I wanted to put that years memories together. My husband bought me a cricut expression for Christmas in 2007. I love the colors the pattern papers and after a long day at work I find it's a great way to decompress. Just me and my creativity.

What is your favorite type of project to make (I.e., cards, layouts, mini-albums, etc....)?

My favorite is cards most of the time they are quick and easy to make and they bring such joy to the people that receive them.

What is your favorite product to use on your projects?

That is a toss up between ribbon and buttons.

What is your favorite Cricut cartridge?

I guess if I had to choose just one it would Create a Critter.

What do you do in your spare time, when you are not paper crafting?

I love to bake have a passion for Cheesecake. In the spring and summer you can find me in my flower garden. Last year I took as many pictures of my cards as possible with the flowers in the background. Combine both hobbies is so much fun.

Thanks so much Karen! Be sure to hop right over to Little Scrap Pieces and give Karen some love. Then come back here tomorrow for Challenge Me Monday when the FCCB DT and Karen rock out some inspirational creations.

Be blessed, Beckie
