Scrappin' Saturday - Be My Valentine

Hi Everyone!
Susie Craft Happy here with today's Scrappin' Saturday!  My heart is still all a flutter over all the amazing Valentine projects you all shared with us this week for our challenge.
Challenge #148 - Be My Valentine
Take a look at what I found this week while trolling blog land.  Margaret over at 1 Creative Mom of 6 Silly Kids created these cute little pencil holders for her kids to take to school.  Aren't they cool?!!  Margaret said they were super easy to create and her kids helped her make them!
Such a neat idea for kids of all ages! Margaret used Cricut's Doodlecharms and Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridges to create this really awesome and practical valentine pencil holders.
Check out some of Margaret's other projects on her blog 1 Creative Mom of 6 Silly Kids.  Clearly, she knows how to please the kids without upsetting their dentist!

Also this week I had the pleasure of chatting with an amazing scrapbooker, crafter extraordinaire Jana Eubank!! Jana's blog is filled with all sorts of ways to put your Cricut machines to work and make amazing keepsakes for your loved ones.  I was floored when I saw this carousel she made for her daughter.
When I saw this thing I was like, Whoa!  She did what???  Jana used her Cricut Expression and the Birthday Bash cartridge along with another die cutting machine, cuttle bug folders  and plain ole creativity to accomplish this amazing project!!
I have always been amazed at Jana's work and you will be too!!
I thought her Hot Cocoa Kit was too adorable, just imagine giving this to your mail carrier or if you're like me and your UPS man has become like family...makes a great treat for them as well.
Jana's blog is filled with projects, scrapbook layouts (sketches too) and tips that will certainly inspire you!! As always, I've enjoyed sharing new and different ways to use your Cricut machines to create.  Remember, we want to see your projects where you've used your Cricut, or if you have a great scrapbooking tip, leave a comment with your blog address so we can stop by to see them!

Hope you find time to do some Scrappin' this Saturday!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
