Scrappin' Saturday - Time Flies..

Hi Everyone!  Susie Craft Happy here with today's Scrappin' Saturday!  You all are just in time (pun intended) for our challenge, because this week it's all about time!
Time Flies - #146
Look at what Hrvactica over at the Croation Crafter blog has done with a standard wall clock.  She did an amazing job altering a clock for her mother-in-law that loves polka dots.  She used her Cricut Expression, CCR and cardstock from her stash to create a great timepiece her mother-in-law will love.  Take a look at these great before and after pictures.

Before
After
Hrvatica used Cricut's San Serif's cartridge for the numbers and they're perfect for this clock!  Check out Hrvatica's blog for more details on how she took an ordinary clock and created a home decor piece that will be cherished for years.

Bernadete over at Bernadete's Craft Blog was pleasing a couple of different kind of family members...of the canine kind by making sure each of her pets receive their proper nourishment so she created name labels for their food jars.  Genius!
Bernadete used several Cricut cartridges and vinyl to create these adorable labels for the food jars that the kids can't help but notice.  Go over and check out Bernadete's blog where's she's created many more home decor items with her Cricut.

Remember, using your Cricut doesn't have to be limited to cards and scrapbook pages, stretch it's use by altering things you already have or coming up with a creative way to beautify something you need. Well, I'm running out of time, but before I go I want to remind you that we want to see your projects where you've used your Cricut, or if you have a great scrapbooking tip, leave a comment with your blog address so we can stop by to see them!

Hope you find time to do some Scrappin' this Saturday!!  Enjoy your weekend and thank you so much for stopping by today!!!
