Good morning everyone! I just wanted to take a few minutes and talk about the Cricut tools. For me the number one tool is the spatula. I use this tool more than all the other tools combined. My spatula gets pretty sticky from the mat residue. So my tip today is to use a product called Goo Gone! It is fabulous and removes the stickiness with very little effort. I also put a dab on a paper towel and clean the mat roller wheels in the machine. Hope this helps! Happy Crafting Pam
I, too, find that the Goo Gone takes care of all the gummed-up tools I have, from the spatula, to the scissors I use to split adhesive tape into even-thinner widths. Thank you for the tip on running it through the roller wheels--who would've thought?! LOL
ReplyDeleteThank you for the info on using Goo Gone to clean the Cricut rollers--who knew?! I use Goo Gone for cleaning a gooey accumulations on my scissors, too, which tend to stick after cutting through tape adhesive, etc.
