Love your video Cindy - regarding my tape - well I bought a package in bulk - opened it up and none of the tapes will fit my ATG - I have no idea where I purchased since it is all in a white box - UGH - so I have like 24 tapes that I am using by HAND - and it surely is frustrating - my husband tried to fix it by having it down a bit but that did not work either - so I hear ya! BTW My tape is like the one you are holding in your hand - both the one I have in my ATG and the box I ordered - I think I received a defective box
