Spotlight Sunday!

Happy Sunday everyone!  Arin here and we have a great crafty blogger to feature today!  Caroline, from CARDOLINE, crafts and blogs from the historic North West England town of Lancashire. She resides there with her family and has a twelve year old son. She has been paper crafting for about two years and she received her first Cricut 12 months ago.  You would never know that while looking at her projects.  She has a talent that translates as having at least a decade of paper crafting experience!  Here is a perfect example of that talent which landed her a on FCCB's Top 5 recently!

Caroline has an amazing display of Christmas/Holiday inspired creations!  In the spirit of the holidays and the fact everyone is making a mad dash to get those final Christmas projects and cards done, featuring these amazing projects may usher in the creative muse to those of us that may be suffering from a bit of paper crafter's block that the holidays can bring!

Now it is time to meet the brilliant talent behind CARDOLINE!

1. When did you start scrapbooking/paper crafting and why? I got into paper crafting approximately 2 years ago, when I became ill. I purchased my Cricut 12 months ago and love it. At first, I used it only occasionally, but now I use it all the time. In April of this year, I started my blog.

2. What is your favorite type of project to make (i.e., cards, layouts, mini-albums, etc....)? My favorite projects are making cards. I intend to get into scrapbooking in the near future.

3. What is your favorite product to use on your projects? I love my die cuts and embossing, but also I enjoy coloring with alcohol markers and of course lots of glitter.

4. What is your favorite Cricut cartridge? My favorite Cricut cartridge at the moment is Create a Critter 2, but I also love Elegant Edges.

5. What do you do in your spare time, when you are not paper crafting? When I am not crafting, I really enjoy reading (mainly thrillers) and spending quality time with my partner and 12 year old son.

Now that you have met this fantastic bloggin' crafter that lives across the "Atlantic pond" from the U.S., let's take one last look at a few more Christmas inspired projects that are not using the Cricut, but are way to good NOT to share! Be sure to head over and spread some holiday cheer and blog love at CARDOLINE!

Happy Holiday and until next time!
