Spotlight Sunday

Hello and happy Sunday!

It is Arin here, and I have to say Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog has really been seeing a lot of amazing talent join in the fun of our challenges and this fantabulous crafter, Emily from Creations of an Army Wife is no exception!  When she is not doing double time running around after her two sweet and active little guys and being a dedicated military wife, she is crafting up a storm which landed her a Top 5 spot with this A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E Easter project!

Emily has a scope of diversity in her crafting and just knock 3D projects out of the park! Here are a few of them!

Now let's meet this talented crafty lady!

1. When did you start scrapbooking/paper crafting and why? I really got into scrapbooking after my first son was born in 2007. I loved making layouts of his first year. Which lead me to receive my first Cricut, a Baby Bug, from my husband. It took my scrapbooking to a whole new level.

2. What is your favorite type of project to make (i.e., cards, layouts, mini-albums, etc....)? I still love making layouts but at the moment I've really gotten into making 3D projects. I love making wreaths, boxes, and other miscellaneous 3D projects.

3. What is your favorite product to use on your projects?
Right now my favorite product to use is Peachy Keen Stamps. I love how they really can bring any project to life. Plus, they go perfectly with all the Cricut cute files. The Peachy Keen faces really make it easy so you don't have to mess with all those tiny face pieces.

4. What is your favorite Cricut cartridge? I have way too many cartridges I like to name but I would have to say either George or Art Philosophy. They are both my go to cartridges.

5. What do you do in your spare time, when you are not paper crafting?
Most of my spare time is spent with my loving husband and my two actively cute boys. Between taking care of my boys and supporting my soldier, I stay pretty busy. I love traveling and exploring new areas. I also love to get lost in a good book and photography.

Emily has a true creative knack when it comes to whipping out layouts!  Check out these I found!

Vising Creations of an Army Wife's blog is just an "inspirational creative dessert" filled with surprising treats that just keep coming!  Thank goodness there is no calorie guilt while enjoying her sweet creative treats!   Be sure to head over and give her some blog love and be truly inspired.  Here are two projects that I found that just W-O-W-E-D me! I love the wine bottle gift idea!  Burlap and chevron monogram{love}!

Until Next Week!
