Scrappin' Saturday - Campin Critters

Welcome to another edition of Scrappin' Saturday where we explore the possibilities you have with your Cricut machines. It seems a lot of people I know are using the late summer early fall to do some camping so today we are looking at the Campin' Critters cartridge.
This way too cute camping themed cartridge has just what you need for camping layouts, cards and more. It evens has a few fun 3D projects including a backpack, journal, and tent. On top of these cute critters in camping poses the cartridge includes a sign feature and the badges feature - my personal favorite.
You can do so much with this cartridge and not just for camping. Take a look at how some of the fantastic FCCB design team members have worked with this cart.

Avril (just a few week backs for our camping challenge)

I hope you enjoy this cart and what it has to offer and have a wonderful weekend. Next week be on the look for a new Scrappin' Saturday when Diana.L.takes over. I have so enjoyed sharing these with you over the summer. L.B.

Quick Tip Tuesday

Welcome fellow Cricuteers!

It is time for another quick tip. This time one for iron on vinyl: When you position your vinyl on the mat and it looks like it might not stick well enough, you can use low tack painters tape to hold the edges in place. I regularly place my materials at 1/4" from the side and the top ( on both: the virtual  and the real mat) and use the tape on this area to reduce material waste.

As always thanks for stopping by!
Have a very crafty day!

Scrappin' Saturday - Teacher

Welcome to the weekend and this week's Scrappin' Saturday.  For many school is back in full swing or just about to start and that means meeting a new....
TEACHER

How cute are these images that you can be cut with your Cricut?  If  you search for teacher you can find all three (or go look right on the carts listed). You could also create a teacher with those wonderful paper doll cartridges.
Need just the right teacher word cuts and you have several to select from as well.
I know many of you also like to make cards for teachers and the Simple Everyday Cards has just what you are looking for with this cute card.
Remember in Design Studio or Cricut Craft Room you can buy single images now. If you are looking for just the right teacher image or phrase you might want to try one of these.

Here are some teacher projects our Design Team has made:

Hope you have a great weekend and will join us in one of our challenges soon.  I hope you will come back next week for Scrappin' Saturday - Campin' Critters Cartridge.
