Thursday Tutorial--Cutting Shrink Plastic With Your Cricut

Good morning all!  I hope you're all having a wonderful day!  This video I've selected today has some great tips on cutting shrink plastic with your Cricut.  She uses Shrinky Dinks brand, but there are other brands you can try as well.  Shrink plastic is great for making jewelry, embellishments, ornaments, etc.  Enjoy!

Have you ever used shrink plastic with your Cricut?  What did you make?

Thanks for dropping by today--join us next week for another Thursday Tutorial!

  1. I have made a couple of projects with shrink plastic, the Cricut cuts it easily and the finished projects are so darned cute. The most important thing to remember is to cut the object large enough to allow for the shrinkage.
Here are links to 2 of the projects I made with it:

The plastic is very easy to color (do this before shrinking), I colored mine with colored pencils. I want to make more things with the plastic but I have been unable to find any in my area.
