Fantabulous Friday #23

I want to thank everyone for such great feedback on your favorite cartridges! Here is a sampling of work from readers about their go to cartridges.

Tara
My favorite cartridge is Create-a-Critter! Followed closely behind by the Paper Dolls Cartridges. Here are a couple projects I have made using the Create-a-Critter and the Paper Dolls cartridges.

Selina :
My favorite cartridge is Storybook. I would not want to craft without this cartridge. The versatility is amazing. In this project I used the accent frame and chose fit to page to create this background. I saw this idea on another blog I follow, but can't remember where. I love Storybook!
Top ways I use this cart
1. Basic shapes ovals, etc. for card making & journaling
2. Decorative scrolls, vines, etc.
3. Intricate flowers
5. Stylish font
6. Calm, serene images
7. Excellent phrases
8. Shadow feature is great!
9. Perfect for card making10. Lessens the need to buy rub on's & decorative stickers...
you can make lot's of things to fill the space.

Ms. Jen:
I think that I would have to say my favorite cartridge is "Sentimentals". I seem to be using that one all the time, with a close second for "Accent Essentials". I don't have alot of cartridges like some so maybe that's another reason. I just love all the sentiments and basic shapes that I can use for anything. Sentimentals has such great versatile images as well.

I also wanted to share some more emails!
Raven:
My favorite go to cartridge is paper doll dress up. I love that cart it has everything!

Sheryl

Well right now my fav cart is the Create A Critter. I love the cute images!

Penny

I NEVER take two cartridges out of my jukebox. Lyrical Letters and George. I would have to say that George is the most used for nearly everything I do.
Cutting background matting, basic shapes, and with DS I can create almost anything with the George cartridge.

Jean H shares:
I'd love to tell you that I have a go to cart, but I don't. I currently own around 50 carts and since I mainly make cards for family and friends, I try to think of the person I'm making the card for and that will give me an idea of which cart to go to. However, I'm currently on a mission to use all my carts, so have been checking off on my list as I use each one. There are so many cuts on these carts, that I don't think I'll ever have to make a repeat card, unless I want to. See, now that made me smile. I love that I'm using everything I have.

We had many votes for Create a Critter, and I will admit that is also one of my favorites!

Wishing you all a great Friday and super weekend!
Valerie
