Welcome to another Scrappin' Saturday here at FCCB! This is a super-exciting day for two reasons...
1) I am showcasing my most favorite project of all time, created by the Fantabulously "Fabulously Artsy" Stamp Goddess...the Paper Cupcake!

Back when I first entered "Blog Land" and realized how many creative and talented paper crafters were out there, I came across The (hilarious) Stamp Goddess and her famous Paper Cupcake. I was instantly hooked and have been making these ever since. At first I only made the giftcard holder cupcakes. But then I found her mini album cupcake and just went nuts over it! So of course I had to make that, too! Here are a couple of paper cupcakes I've made following her tutorial (with a couple of modifications, see below)...the first is the mini album and the second is the gift card holder:

1. Instead of using actual blooms, I cut the flowers (used as part of the icing) out of paper using one of the flower cuts available from many of the Cricut cartridges.
2. I used one of the circle cuts available on the cartridges to make the chipboard base of my cupcakes and for the mini-album pages for the cupcake mini album, so I didn't have to cut them by hand. I also add a circle to the bottom of the cupcakes to cover the chipboard base and my hot glue mess!!! :)
I have had RAVE reviews on these whenever I've given them as gifts, so I hope you'll make one and see how fun (and CUTE!) they are...and be sure to leave The Stamp Goddess a comment letting her know how FANTABULOUS her cupcakes are!
