Hello fantabulous readers! This week we have a short and simple tip. Don't limit your Cuttlebug to only Cuttlebug embossing folders. You can use others, for example, Fiskars embossing plates. Valita from Valita's Designs & Fresh Folds has this mini picture tutorial on her blog.
Place your A spacer in the cuttlebug machine
Then your Fiskars texture plate with the side you want to emboss facing up.
Then the paper you want embossed.
Valita used a silicon sheet, but you can also use a plumber's mat - you can find these at a local hardware store like Home Depot.
Lay your C spacer on top
Now run it through the cuttlebug and here it is!
You can check out her original post showing this method HERE.
Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to check out the Wednesday Winners tomorrow!
this is great tfs
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing this tip. I have tried so many sandwich techniques and now I honestly can say this one is the best. I will be sharing this method for sure with others who have the fiskars plates.
