While thinking about Neglected Cartridges, I was thinking that one of the things I tend to neglect are the 3D items that you can make on the carts. When the Robotz Cartridge came out, I just had to have it, because I wanted to make one of the 3D Robots. Well, it turned out to be harder than I was anticipating. I ended up having to recruit my husband to help me figure out all of the folding. So, this week I wanted to find a tutorial to share with you all to help with these robots.
I found this great video from Joy over at Joy's Life. Be sure to check out her Youtube channel for more great videos and ideas here.
I hope this video has been helpful and will inspire you to make your own 3D Robot. Here is the one that I made. The great thing about these robots is that you can make them as simple or as detailed as you want when it comes to decorating them.
If you make your own 3D robot, be sure to leave me a comment letting me know and I will come by your blog to check it out. Also, remember you still have time to get those Neglected Cartridges out and join in on this week's challenge!
Happy Crafting,
Jean

ReplyDeleteWow Jean...that robot is awesome! I have also neglected many of these 3D features. I'm thinking I need to grab a cartridge and try one out!

I have debated and debated about getting this cart. The robots are so darn cute that I think I will go ahead and get it. My grandson loves to build things so between the 2 of us I think it will be lots of fun.
