Welcome to Scrappin' Saturday! This week the challenge has been to use a musical instrument on a project! I have loads of cute photos of my children dancing and playing instruments, and my husband plays the guitar, so we have some lovely photos of the three of them playing and singing together.
I have in the past seen some Layouts that include a CD on them in a pocket, which have music or songs that go along with the pictures on the page. I have thought this is a great idea, but have never tried it-it is on my Scrapbook To-Do list!
I have some great pages to share with you today and hopefully inspired you to Make Some Music with your layouts!!
First is from Bren at Bren's Designs
She has used Indie Art. I love the colours in this layout, I think it is adorable!
This page is from Susan at Busy with the Cricky
Susan has used Quarter Notes cartridge for this page. I love the paper she has used. I think this is beautiful. Head over to her blog to see some more pictures of this FAB page.
Finally, this page is from Leinad at Scrap-Stickle-Pop
I really love the little boy at the piano cut from Playtime Cartridge. Leinad said she cut the little boy out to match the picture of her son! I think this is a really sweet idea! The title is cut from Cuttin' Up cartridge.
I have really enjoyed looking at all these pages and reading how they were created. I hope you too are feeling inspired!
