Spotlight Sunday

Welcome to Spotlight Sunday. So glad you've stopped by.

Today the Spotlight is on An'Jenic of AJ Scrapbooking & Cards. She grabbed a Wednesday Win with this super cute card.

If you take a look around An'Jenic's blog, you'll find all these super projects...

Along with her talent, she's a charming lil lady. Let's get to know An'Jenic....

When did you start scrapbooking/paper crafting and why?
I begin Scrapbooking two year ago when two of my great friend shared the world of crafting with me. When I met Juna she would always ask AJ do you want to go to Scrabble with me. I would always tell her I don’t like Scrabble. See Juan is form Malaysia; so I didn’t understand she was say scrapbooking. When I met Daphne she should me all of her crafting supplies and her scrapbook albums. I told Juna and she said AJ I’ve been trying to get you to come to scrapbooking for a long time. That’s how I being to scrapbook. I love scrapbooking because I want to preserve memory for my family and friends. I learn about card making a few days after starting my blog. I love making cards because to me it comes from the heart. I like to craft because I love it, it shows who I am, I can be what I want to be without being judge, it saves memories, and most of all my family and friends love what I create for them.

What is your favorite type of project to make (i.e., cards, layouts, mini-albums, etc....)?
When I first started to craft it was all about Scrapbooking, then Cards, ATC, Altered Crafts. Well I think you get the picture. I love all crafts I just have to be in the mood for a certain one. Someday I want to make all cards, then layouts. It’s what every my crafty mind is up to.

What is your favorite product to use on your projects? Oh my favorite product is 3D dots, Gems, and Ribbon. I love the effect you get with 3D dots and the Gems and Ribbon always add that extra touch.

What is your favorite Cricut cartridge?
Hmmm my favorite Cricut cart! I would have to say as far as letters go “Cuttin’ Up” love the different fonts you get. Then my around cart would be all 41 of my carts. Because Cricut has so many themes and things to use. It’s hard for me to pick just one. I will pick one I just picked up online“A Child’s Year” I love the different silhouette of the kids.

What do you do in your spare time, when you are not paper crafting?
I spend my spare time with my family. With my husband being navy at any time he could leave out. I also love to reading. I have a bookshelf in my craft room. When I can’t find the inspiration I stop and read. I love reading all types of books. And the funny thing is when I’m reading I find inspiration for my crafting. Lol
I would like to thank “Fantabulous Cricut” for the chance to be a "Spotlight Sunday Guest" and "Guest Designer". It is an honor to create with you all and tell my story. Thanks AJ!
