Fantabulous Friday #34 Bird Bonanza

Welcome to another great Fantabulous Friday, I'm so glad you've stopped by. Today I'm sticking with our weekly challenge theme "Bird Bonanza" and wanted to share some fun home decor and other bird ideas with you... so let's get started.

Birds and branches from the Winter Woodlands Cricut cartridge helped create this lovely home decor pillow. Shantaie -Inking Pink said "Lets have a little, "Pillow talk" shall we?"
She shares how she made her decorative pillow -HERE.

And this adorable family of owls is from the Hoot n Holler cartridge. Pink Cricut and her friend share a quick video of how they made this sweet " fam{owl}y" wall art using vinyl -HERE.

I love the idea of taking a store bought item and making it your own as Jana -I'm never bored did. She used the Create a Critter cartridge for the cute little pink bird to decorate this little step stool for her granddaughter. View more photos -HERE.
There are some fun Cricut cartridges available that focus on birds...

I also found a neat website Pig Tails Paper Trails that has simple SVG files available for a small price. The owls, birds and birdcages are great, you can view them -HERE.

Here is a FREE SVG of an adorable birdcage from Southernbelle's SVG you can download it -HERE.
Along with some more "Tweet" SVG's -HERE.

I hope you got some great birdie inspiration today and will give some of these ideas a try this weekend. Thanks for visiting!

  2. I have a question, what program do you use for the SVG cuts?

  3. Thanks for your question, peanut8730...the two programs I am familiar with that work with svg files are Sure Cuts A Lot and Make The Cut. If you Google these, you'll find a lot of information on both. Hope that helps!
