Fantabulous Friday #36

Good morning everyone,
Hope you had a wonderful week! Yeah for Fridays! Sometimes, heading into the weekend is the best “medicine”!  Speaking of medicine…it’s all about being sick and getting better here at FCCB!  Our challenge this week is making a project with being sick or injured in mind. We all get sick and most of us have been injured at one point or another…So it is always good to capture those moments in a layout, or sending someone a little encouragement with a handmade “get well” card. I made a layout and then also went surfing on the net to see what wonderful little SVG treasures I could find to share.
Here are close ups of my “Nurse” bear and my sick and injured bear.

I used the Learning Curve Cartridge for my title and some parts of the bears are made with George and Basic Shapes and the rest, I drew :-)

Now here are a few FREE SVG’s that I came across!

  5. My niece is graduating going to nursing school and I Googled "SVG Nurse" and couldn't find a thing that was cute except for this nurse bear. LOVE IT SO MUCH! I am wondering if you have the svg file for it? You said you drew some of the parts for her. Do you, or would you consider selling the whole bear with nurse uniform to me?? I *NEED* it, lol. Thanks for any help you can give.

  6. Hi Kristine!
Melin is the amazingly creative designer who put these files together - and she is no longer with FCCB. However, she can be contacted through http://www.papercraftingworld.com/. I did look there for the nurse file, but did not see it. I'm sure if you contact Melin through her shop, you'll have more success that way. Best of luck to you!
