Quick Tip Tuesday: Embossing Small Cuts

Welcome to Quick Tip Tuesday!  As this week is all about embossing here at Fantabulous Cricut, I decided to follow along with the theme.

I love using my Cuttlebug to emboss.  A tip that I would like to share with you is to use a smaller folder that comes with a die/emboss set to emboss your small cuts.
For my little butterfly, I used a Cuttlebug butterfly embossing folder which has the look of mini Swiss Dots.  I put my tiny butterfly cut carefully within the folder to emboss and the result is embossing that looks far more to scale with the image than it would have had I used an A2 folder.
These little note cards are 2.5x2.5, so you can get an idea of the size of the butterfly.  (The mushroom and butterfly were cut from Paisley.)

Happy Crafting!
