Thursday's Tutorials: Making Support Ribbon Magnets for your car

Happy Thursday Everyone and Welcome to another Thursday's Tutorial here at Fantabulous Cricut. I hope you are all enjoying our Support the Cause theme this week.

I found this great video made by Tammy of creativeladybug on how to make car magnets using the Cricut Magnet Material with vinyl. She uses this material to make some great support ribbons that can be personalized and made to fit many causes depending on the colors you use. Be sure to check out her youtube channel for more great videos and ideas here.

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and remember you still have time to enter this week's challenge.

Happy Crafting!

  1. Oh how I wish I had this cartridge, have to watch for it maybe on ebay or something.
I wanted to ask you what you have on the lid of your machine, you have something printed out and taped to your lid of your machine. Wondering if it is a reminder of settings or something that is helpful? I have been thinking of doing something like that for vinyl cutting ect... for speed, pressure and such.

  2. Hey Debby,

This video is from Tammy of creativeladybug, but I believe she has the settings for what pressure and blade depth to cut with. I have the link to her youtube page on here and she may have the complete list there. Hope that helps. :)
