Scrappin' Saturday - April Showers

Happy Scrappin’ Saturday Everyone!!  I don't know about you, but the weather we have been having in my neck of the woods the last couple days has been living up to our challenge this week....

#107 – April Showers Make a project with an umbrella, rain or clouds on it.
If you haven't submitted a project this week...there is still time!!  I have to say that I am excited to see several projects being submitted are layouts!! I tend to make cards for challenges, so too see layouts.....I knew I needed to share a couple of these awesome layouts!!

Scrappin Dhilly
I love all the details on this layout..from the embossing, the stitching, the bows  & the paper used is adorable!!  If my rainboots looked as cute as these...I would not mind it raining all the time! :)

Heather
This layout is great, with the striped embossed clouds, the pattern that she created with spray that looks like a sun & the tile letters.  I love the 2 punches, the notebook punch & the lace, that she used are a great addition! :)

More Fun Scraps
Looking at this layout made me want to head to the beach! :) From the adorable little beach girl, the crab by the sand castle,  to the umbrella with all the goodies under on the beach.....such great beach layout!!

What kind of projects have you used an umbrella, rain or clouds on?  We love comments...so leave one with your blog address so we can stop by to see your great creations!  Hope you have a great Fantabulous weekend & are able to find some time to do some Scrappin’ this Saturday!   Thanks for stopping by!

  2. It's been a while, but I made this layout with umbrellas: http://sarahscraftsandstuff.blogspot.com/2011/11/thank-heaven-for-little-girls-and-new.html

My granddaughters were waiting for their Pa to come home one rainy day so they could escort him to the house with an umbrella!
