Ribbon Storage

Hello Fantabulous readers and welcome to another Quick Tip Tuesday! This week's tip shows you an inexpensive way to store ribbon.
I came across this tip from Halsey from Spunky Junky. All you need is a slotted bin and a 1/4 in dowl rod - you can find it at any hardware or craft store.  Here is her mini picture tutorial showing you how.
Insert each ribbon spool onto the rod. Once you have enough spools on the rod, stick each end of rod into the holes on each side of the bin.
Then pull each ribbon end through a hole on the front. Now the spools can't roll and you don't have to worry about a tangled mess.
You can see Halsey's original post HERE for more details!

Don't forget to stop by tomorrow for the Wednesday Winners!

  3. Cyndy,

How funny that I see this post while I was just telling myself the other day that I need something to organize my ribbon. It's a mess and I even had an organizer but I have to many to fit in it. Thanks for sharing :)

    Smiles!
