Rolling Flowers from cartridges


Hello everyone and welcome to another Quick Tip Tuesday! 
This video from Justine Hovey will show you how to roll the ever so popular flowers found in cartridges such as Art Philosophy and Artiste cartridges!

    Great tutorial! Interesting to see you roll the flowers by hand. I always use a quilling tool but I am going to try this method. Thank you.
