Cutting Vinyl

Hello everyone and welcome to another Quick Tip Tuesday!

I've been wanting to cut some vinyl home decor items on my Cricut Expression and had some questions so I figured some of you might too!

    I have been wanting to do this but have been hesitant due to the fact we have textured walls...any tips for using vinyl on textured walls?
