Challenge Me Monday - #147 Queen of Hearts

 Happy Monday!  I am so excited to bring you this week's challenge!  I love LOVE.  I also love hearts!  So this week we are challenging you to link up your creations that incorporate a heart somewhere on it. 
  
That should be super easy.  There are so many reasons to show someone that you love them!
